Health care plan can be disease specific
Health care plan can be general or it can be disease specific. People having big diseases usually have disease specific care plans. People having diseases like diabetes, cardiovascular disease, mental illness, cancer and similar other diseases have specialized care plans.
It doesn’t matter if the health care plan fails to save a patient from death because it prevents the spreading of disease for a considerable amount of time. That keeps the patient safe as long as possible along with having disease.
