Home rental agreement should be descriptive
There are many things that should be mentioned in the home rental agreement. The names and particulars of parties, the location of the home so given on rent, the address of home, the size of home, the facilities available, the condition of the home and similar other things should be there.
Along with that the liability of tenant to pay utility bills of the home, the liability to maintain the home and remedy in cases of damages should also be part of home rental agreement.
